Really. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no embedded players and no social media widgets. The typefaces are served from our own domain rather than a font network, and our analytics is served from our domain too, so visiting this site does not quietly hand your browser off to anyone else.
Then how do you know anyone visits?
We use privacy focused analytics that count visits without cookies and without collecting personal data. It tells us that a page was viewed, roughly which country the visit came from and which site sent it. It does not know who you are, does not store anything on your device, and does not follow you anywhere else.
Why there is no cookie banner
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, consent is required before storing non essential information on your device. We do not store anything on your device, so there is nothing to ask you about. We would rather have no banner than a banner asking permission for something we are not doing.
If that ever changes
If we add anything that sets a cookie, we will ask for your consent first, and this page will say exactly what the cookie does and how to refuse it.
